Multiple Mint Mobile users are up against troubling network and data issues on a variety of phones, including Google Pixel models. Some reported incidents relate to complete 5G data service drop-out, an inability to send or receive multimedia messages, and even failure to receive calls. Specific complaints revolve around the non-functionality of MMS, either in entirety or partially. There are those who highlight problems with sending MMS via their Pixel phones even when the APN seems properly configured.

Others highlight that only regular messages can be sent or received. When it comes to sending or receiving images or multimedia content, MMS appears to fail, as pointed out by the. Some individuals reported the complete loss of 5G service following a contract renewal. Despite troubleshooting, these consumers did not manage to rectify their services.

The complete loss of 5G service might be due to T-Mobile's  account throttling for late payment. Late-paying customers allegedly retain their account restrictions even after financial settlements. The Redditor advises that Mint should actively remove these restrictions for these customers T-Mobile accounts.

Another case mentions the failure to acquire network on their Google Pixel with the Mint Mobile service after transitioning to an eSIM. The frustrated user reports a recurrent, Can't connect to network error message upon attempting to activate their phone, leaving them without calling functionalities. Although there's the possibility that reintroducing a physical SIM could resolve the issue, this user questions the charge for doing so, particularly as this problem was not caused by the user themselves.
