Realme, a prominent smartphone brand, has announced the launch of its latest products in India - the Realme Pad 2 Android tablet and the Realme C53 budget smartphone. The launch is scheduled for July 19, with the event kicking off at 12 PM. Both devices will be available for purchase in India via the popular e-commerce platform, Flipkart.

The company took to social media to announce the launch of the Realme Pad 2 in India. The post teased the tablet's impressive features, including a 120Hz 2K Super Display, promising extraordinary visuals and a vibrant color palette. The Realme Pad 2 is set to redefine the tablet experience by offering a high-quality display that enhances user interaction and engagement.

Flipkart has already created a dedicated product page for the upcoming Realme tablet, revealing some of its key features. The Realme Pad 2 will be available in two color variants - Gray and Green. The tablet will feature an 11.5-inch HD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2K resolution, providing users with a smooth and immersive viewing experience.

In addition to the tablet, Realme has also announced the Realme C53 smartphone. The smartphone will be available in a 6GB RAM variant with 64GB of internal storage. An Early Bird sale has been announced for the Realme C53, which will take place exclusively on Flipkart on July 19, from 6 PM to 8 PM. During this limited time, customers who purchase the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage model using specific bank cards will receive a discount of 1,000.

The Realme Pad 2 is expected to be powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage capacity. It is also rumored to feature a USB Type-C charging port. The device is expected to run on the company’s own Realme UI 4.0 out-of-the-box, based on Android 13. This custom operating system will provide users with a seamless and intuitive user experience.

The Realme Pad 2 will succeed the Realme Pad that was launched in September 2021. The previous model featured a slim profile and a 10.4-inch display, and was available in both WiFi and LTE variants. The Realme C53, which has already been launched in Malaysia, is expected to be available in a variant featuring 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. However, the Indian version is anticipated to have variances in terms of camera capabilities and fast charging functionality. The smartphone is expected to feature a 6.74-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is also expected to be powered by an octa-core Unisoc T612 SoC, and storage can be expanded up to 2TB using a microSD card.

The Indian variant of the Realme C53 is expected to feature an upgraded camera system with a powerful 108MP primary sensor, potentially accompanied by a 2MP secondary sensor. The phone will be equipped with a reliable 5,000mAh battery and will support 18W fast charging, ensuring faster and more convenient recharging.
