The joint venture is orchestrated with the primary aim to broaden India's local electronics manufacturing ecosystem. This move aligns with the government's reinforced commitment towards propelling its nationwide "Make in India" initiative.

As integral components of the collaborative venture, both companies hold a strategic vision of establishing an elite manufacturing facility, facilitated by cutting-edge technologies and processes. The partnership is designed to serve as a stepping stone for the manufacture of "Made in India" finished cover glass parts. These parts are anticipated to be used in wide-ranging mobile gadgets and other associated cover glass applications. The principal goal is to address the ever-evolving needs of upcoming mobile consumer electronic devices.
