As part of this collaboration, the two companies have launched the new smartphone called itel A70, an offering that will surely redefine the budget smartphone market.
Designed with the latest tech trends in mind and aiming to be cost-efficient, the A70 targets customers in economies that are developing. The Director of the Consumer Business Unit at Vodafone Ghana, David Umoh mentioned how their partnership with itel echoes Vodafone Ghana's vision of making digital technology equally accessible to everyone without leaving anyone out.
Umoh expressed his pride in walking hand in hand with itel towards shrinking the digital divide. The newly introduced itel A70 boasts impressive features including a storage capacity of up to 256GB, which will allow users to store a multitude of pictures and files.
Equipped with up to 8GB of RAM, the A70 guarantees a smoother multitasking experience, a feature usually associated with more premium models. The A70 comes with the power-packed 5000mAh battery, which ensures lasting usage, alongside the Type-C connectivity which facilitates quicker data transfer and charging.
Promising an engaging viewing experience, the device also comes with a 6.6-inch HD+ screen. Furthermore, it includes a 13MP Super HDR rear camera and an 8MP front camera, both of them designed to provide high-quality photography in different light conditions.
In an effort to enhance the value proposition of the device, the collaboration with Vodafone offers a complimentary 30GB data package with every itel A70 purchase. This data is allocated as 5GB per month over a period of six months, ensuring that users stay connected without worrying about data limitations.
