On Tuesday, in a significant event held in China, Honor introduced its innovative outward folding smartphone named Honor V Purse to the global audience. This limited pre-sale device has already made waves in the tech world. Available in three striking colors, this smartphone offers a fresh perspective on mobile design.

The Honor V Purse is equipped with the robust Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC, ensuring seamless performance. It boasts a solid 4,500mAh battery with 35W wired fast charging support, guaranteeing extended usage without the constant need to recharge. The grand unveiling of this cutting-edge smartphone took place at the prestigious IFA 2023 trade fair in Berlin, a city known for its rich culture.

Honor showcased the prototype of this distinctive handset at the event. However, it was clarified that the device would initially be for display purposes only and not available for public purchase. The smartphone, available in Black, Blue, and Golden hues, comes with a chain attachment, allowing it to be sported as a trendy purse.

Currently, this exclusive pre-sale is available only in China. The foldable smartphone's variants with 16GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB storage are priced at approximately $930 and $1,025 respectively. Details about a global launch by Honor remain under wraps.
